Tickets are paid at the Municipal Court "window" on the second floor of the Elks Civic Building (107 South Cascade Avenue). You may also pay fines online.
Colorado law requires the court to place an administrative revocation/denial on a driver's license when a bench warrant is issued for failure to appear in court or failure to comply with conditions of a traffic ticket, such as payment of fines.
