The City of Montrose is requesting proposals through formal bids through the Invitation for Bid process to purchase a Ventrac tractor to be used by the Montrose Parks Division.  Proposals shall be submitted electronically to  and will be publicly received on December 4th 2023 at 2:30 PM through Zoom video conference at https://tinyurl.com/bdfmpw2j Late proposals will not be accepted and it is the responsibility of proposers to ensure that bids (including signed addenda) arrive by 3:00 PM on the date listed above.

Complete bid packets can be downloaded from the City’s web page at www.cityofmontrose.org under Department Services, Purchasing, and Open Bids. Addenda will be posted to the website and it is the bidder's responsibility to download, review, sign, and include addenda with their bid.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional bids.
