The City of Montrose owns, operates, and maintains a municipal golf course called Black Canyon Golf Course (BCGC). This facility is addressed at 1350 Birch Street, Montrose, CO 81401. The existing range net covers two sides of the driving range and the new driving range net shall cover a third side or edge of the driving range.  See RD-1 Layout for more details.  City of Montrose Black Canyon Golf Course employees will mark the location of the two (2) ends of the new net location.   Bidders are required to take necessary steps to ensure the accuracy of bids. 

Bids shall include all costs to furnish and install a golf barrier netting system meeting or exceeding these minimum specifications. Bidders are to provide itemized costs for the installation of all new support poles, wire, netting, and associated hardware. The barrier net shall be installed thirty feet (30’) above grade using fourteen (14) each poles spaced a maximum of fifty feet (50’) on center for a total of six-hundred forty linear feet (640 LF). Bid pricing shall include all material, labor, equipment, shipping, and site cleanup, restoration of turf in work zone, mobilization/demobilization, and related expenses. Bid pricing shall also include costs to mobilize and re-tension netting, cables, and hardware one calendar year after installation.
