The City of Montrose is requesting formal bids through the Request for Proposal process from licensed veterinarians for professional veterinary services. Proposals will be publicly received and registered on 03/31/2021. City Hall, 433 S. 1st Street, Montrose, Colorado 81401. Bids will be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on March 31, 2021.
Summary of Specifications:
Provide professional quality, technical accuracy and timely completion of the services outlined below. Professional shall comply with all applicable Federal and Colorado laws in the performance of the work. The veterinarian providing the services will be the City of Montrose sponsor for administering the controlled drugs as required by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). The provider will be required to provide veterinary services, minimal stabilization and treatment for injured pet animals, euthanasia, and various tests. The veterinarian office needs to be located within a 4-mile radius of the City of Montrose.
