In cooperation with the History Colorado State Historical Fund (SHF) and the City of Montrose, the Owner of the Historic Montrose Potato Growers Building is requesting proposals to perform exterior rehabilitation work. The Owner will review the proposals, select the best-value contractor, and include this contractor and their pricing in a grant application to the State Historic Fund.
The Owner will make its grant application to SHF and anticipates to be informed of their decision in Fall of 2021. Award of a construction contract is contingent upon receipt of grant funding from SHF and will occur after this funding is secured.
