The Montrose Recreation District (MRD) is excited to release this Request for Proposals for General Contractor services to renovate Holly Park, 2100 S. Rio Grande Ave, Montrose CO 81401.  

This project is being completed in tandem with the City of Montrose construction project to widen and improve Riverbottom Drive, which is adjacent to Holly Park and is the main access to the Baldridge Regional Park.  The road project RFP will be coming soon from the City of Montrose.  The MRD is overseeing the Holly Park renovation and the City of Montrose is overseeing the Riverbottom Drive reconstruction to be bid at a later date.  The adjacent projects will undergo construction at the same time.
