The City of Montrose is requesting formal proposals through the Request for Proposal process to provide Benefit Consulting Services to the City of Montrose. Proposals will be received through May 20, 2019 by mail at P.O. Box 790, Montrose, Colorado 81402 or in person at City Hall, 433 S. 1st Street, Montrose, Colorado 81401. Proposals will be received no later than 3:00 P.M. on the above date. 

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional bids.
