What should I do if I make a mistake or damage my ballot?

If you accidentally damage or lose your ballot, please contact the Montrose City Clerk’s Office at 970-240-1422 or by email at cityclerk@cityofmontrose.org. We will schedule a ballot replacement pick up time with you. Be sure to bring a form of photo ID with you when picking up your replacement ballot.
