Road Work Planned For Otter Road

Montrose, CO — Beginning Thursday, October 24th, contractors working for the City of Montrose will begin resurfacing Otter Road between Townsend Avenue and Woodgate Road.

Otter Road will be closed to all through traffic throughout construction. Access for residents along Riverview Drive will be maintained. The project will include removing and replacing failed sections of asphalt, widening of the road surface in isolated areas, and overlaying the road surface. The project is expected to be completed by the end of October pending any weather delays.

The city asks motorists and pedestrians to exercise caution throughout the work area and to respect all coned off areas. Navigate to www.MoveMo.Co for more information and routine project updates.
