Project Advisory - Otter Road Culvert Replacement

On July 26 the city’s Public Works department will begin replacing a failed culvert under Otter Road between Woodgate Road and Otter Pond Circle. The project will include full excavation of the failed culvert and replacement of the asphalt surface. 

This work requires a full road closure during construction to facilitate safe and efficient working conditions. Traffic will be detoured to Otter Pond Drive during construction (see detour map). Another road closure will occur during asphalt patching operations following culvert replacement.  The project is expected to conclude by August 3.
