Main Street Waterline Work To Begin Monday

Montrose, CO — On Monday, February 7, crews with the City of Montrose’s Public Works Department will definitely close the eastbound lane of Main Street between Uncompahgre and Park Avenues to repair a waterline leak.

The single-block closure is necessary to get heavy machinery, including a backhoe, dump trucks, and a vactor truck in place and is expected to continue throughout the day.

The westbound lane of Main Street will be unaffected. Detours on Main Street will be set up in the area of the closure.
