City Council and Planning Commission meetings are live-streamed via the video viewer on this page. Content will only display in the viewer while the live meeting is in progress.

On-Demand Viewing of Recorded Meetings

For on-demand viewing of specific City Council and Planning Commission meeting videos, please select the meeting of interest on the Public Meetings Portal. Bookmarks located below the video viewer within each meeting item provide quick, agenda-based access to specific areas of interest in the video recording. An archive of meeting videos is also available on the city's YouTube channel, MontroseCityGov. 

Note: MURA, DART, and Historic Preservation Commission meetings are not video recorded, however, meeting agendas and minutes will be provided on the Public Meetings Portal.

Meeting Broadcasts

City Council meetings are broadcast live on Elevate channel 970 and Charter 191. Recorded City Council meetings are also featured on channels 191 and 970 in the days following each meeting.
