Kelly Rhoderick, Director of Marketing and Tourism

Kelly Rhoderick

Kelly was born and raised outside of Atlanta, Georgia. She later moved to South Dakota, where she graduated from Black Hills State University with a B.S. in Communication Arts. After several relocations across the country, Kelly made Montrose home in 2008.

Kelly joined the City of Montrose team in 2015 and now serves as the Director of Marketing and Tourism. In this role, her responsibilities include brand creation and management along with oversight of the marketing and related strategic efforts for the Office of Business and Tourism and the city. In 2018, Kelly graduated with a M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University.

Kelly and her fiance, Greg Brown who manages corporate quality and engineering at San Juan Construction, enjoy exploring the outdoors with family and traveling as much as possible.  Kelly has two kids: Aaron (attending Montana State University) and Molly (attends Montrose High School).
