Business Incentives

DART LogoIn addition to offering an epic outdoor lifestyle, low cost of living, and 1GB internet, the City of Montrose and its community partners offer a selection of incentives and services to foster business development. Incentives are available for a variety of business sizes and types with programs tailored and scaled to the unique needs of each business.

Following is a menu of incentives and basic requirements that accompany them.

Revolving Loan Funds

Revolving Loan Funds of up to $20,000 are available to assist businesses with building and property improvements. The program is divided into two segments; the Downtown Opportunity Fund, available to businesses located within the downtown business district, and the Montrose Opportunity Fund for other entities within the city limits. Loans offer flexible terms and timelines with interest rates set at 1/2 of the prime rate. Deferred payment arrangements are possible. Get more info ...
