The Montrose Police Department has partnered with Docview, LLC to provide quick and convenient online access to our accident reports.  Residents, insurance companies, investigators and others can purchase reports online using the Docview service.
 
Non-criminal accident reports are available online from May 2009 to present.

Fees are $8.00 per report and require a Montrose Police Department incident number, date of accident and a valid credit card.

PLEASE NOTE:  Reports for traffic accidents that involve fatalities will not be available online. Incident reports related to an accident report, such as a DUI, will not be available online. These reports must be requested through the Montrose Police Department.
 
Documents provided in response to an Open Records Request may be edited in accordance with the Colorado Open Records Law (C.R.S. 24-72-112 through 24-72-402).
