Montrose County Sheriff's Office
Overview

The Montrose County Sheriff's Office is the law enforcement branch of Montrose County. The Sheriff’s Office possesses territory jurisdiction over unincorporated areas of the county, and administrates a Patrol Division, a Communications Center, The Montrose County Detention Center, a Work Release Program, a Civil Office, as well as a Victims Advocate Office. The Sheriff’s Office also coordinates search and rescue efforts in Montrose County.
