Overview
Decisions of the Building Inspector regarding building code regulations may be appealed to the Board of Appeals by filing a written appeal with the Building Inspector within 15 days of his initial decision.
Members
The City Council appoints five individuals, four from the building trades and one at large, to the Board of Appeals. Current members are:
Scott Butler
Keith Newberry
Douglas W. Glaspell
Gary L. Hodges
John Shoup
Meetings
The Board of Appeals meets on an as-needed basis.
