Attention iPad and iPhone users: The City of Montrose ArcGIS Server sites are built using Adobe Flash.  Since Flash is not compatible with iPad and iPhone devices, users of these devices are unable to use the City's ArcGIS Server sites.  We are working on a solution to this issue.  This issue does not affect MacIntosh computers.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
