Are residents required to have house numbers displayed on their home?
Chapter 4-11 of the Municipal Code requires that all structures have numbers that are "visible and legible from the street upon which the main structure fronts. Unless impractical, such numbers shall be affixed to the main building or structure. The numbers shall be Arabic numerals with a minimum height of two and one-half inches (2 1/2"), and shall be affixed with a contrasting colored background."
