Bid Notification

Overview
The city of Montrose values the vendor / supplier community and its capacity to provide goods and services to the city. Suppliers and service providers are invited to register to receive automated email notification of bid opportunities with the city.

Businesses are invited to register under one of the following categories:

Administrative Services and Supplies

Construction and Design Services

Fleet Purchases and Services

General Services and Supplie

Supplies and services related to the function of our administrative duties such as office supplies, temporary office support services, etc.

Projects related to the engineering, construction and maintenance of roads, buildings, and utilities.

Purchases of transportation-related equipment, supplies, and services.


Miscellaneous services and supplies not related to the previous categories, relating to the general maintenance of city functions.


Registration is not a requirement for doing business with the city. Formal requests for bids and proposals are also printed in the local newspaper.
